BayesAI-ISBA. The Bayesian Artificial Intelligence Section of the International Society for Bayesian Analysis.

BayesAI-ISBA is a section of the International Society for Bayesian Analysis (ISBA) aiming to foster interaction and collaboration between the Bayesian statistics and AI communities and promote the research, application, and dissemination of Bayesian inference in machine learning and AI.

To this aim, we organize a series of Meetings on Bayesian AI. Additionally, we hold other occasional workshops and sessions at other major conferences.

Events

We organize the annual Bayesianism in the Age of Modern AI workshop series. It started in 2024 at Dagstuhl, and continued in 2025 at MBZUAI. The third workshop will be hosted by the University of Edinburgh in 2026, and it will be the first to be organized by the BayesAI-ISBA Section.
